Achieving your best health is entirely unique to you. Let’s work out what it is you want to achieve and how you can discover your best health in a way that is fun, sustainable, and uniquely you.

Over the course of 16 weeks, we work on your health goals and at the end of our time together you have honed the strengths, skills, and resources that you need to feel and be your best.

As a Functional Medicine health coach, I support you in exploring the various aspects of your life that contribute to your health and wellbeing, from your diet and lifestyle to your relationships and career.

Here’s what working with me involves:

16 x sessions + 1 x initial consultation

45 min weekly sessions (online) +notes

Strengths and wellness assessments (pre-and post)

£1200 (Payment upfront or 3X monthly installments)
