Your best health and your best self are entirely unique to you. Let’s work out what it is you want to achieve and how you can discover your best health and best self in a way that is fun, sustainable, and uniquely you.

Over the course of 16 weeks, we work on your health and wellbeing goals and at the end of our time together you have honed the strengths, skills, and resources that you need to feel and be your best.

Or if you aren’t quite ready to commit to a full 16 weeks, why not try a one-off session? I also offer a 90-minute, one-off session designed to start you off on your wellness journey.

As a Functional Medicine Wellness Coach, I support you in exploring the various aspects of your life that contribute to your health and wellbeing, from your diet and lifestyle to your relationships and career.

I have expertise in supporting clients with improving their gut health, making sound nutritional and dietary changes as well as sustainable, holistic lifestyle changes.

Here’s what working with me involves:

1 x 90 min consultation and health history

Vision and goal-setting

15 x 50 min weekly sessions (online or in person) + follow-up notes

Strengths and wellness assessments (pre-and post)

Indivudalised wellness plan
