Hello and welcome. I am Nena a trained Natural Chef (College of Naturopathic Medicine). I left a career in policy consulting to pursue a career in food. I work as a chef, cookery and fermentation teacher, recipe developer and freelance assistant food stylist.
I love vegetables and passionate about making ordinary, family-friendly meals healthier by using interesting, whole, unprocessed and organic ingredients. I have a strong general cookery background, but also experienced using other more health-focused food preparation techniques, such as juicing and fermenting as well as healthy baking using a variety of unprocessed sugars and wheat free or gluten-free ingredients.
I am also a mum of two and live in South East London.
