Hello and welcome. I am Nena, a trained Natural Chef (College of Naturopathic Medicine). I left a career in policy consulting to pursue a career in food. I work as a chef, cookery and fermentation teacher, recipe developer, food and nutrition writer as well as a food stylist.
My curiosity and instinct for new and exciting ways to prepare delicious food led me to a career in health-focused food. I love plant-based cooking, but am versed in a range of styles and cookery techniques. I am also passionate about fermentation and kids and family cookery.
I am also a mum of two and live in South East London.
