We all know that eating more veg is better for our health and the health of the planet, but how do you get more veg on the plate and get everyone to eat it? We’ll talk about how to put veg at the centre of your meals as well as talk strategies for packing in the veg (we’re talking 10, not 5-a-day). We’ll cook and enjoy a few recipes and you’ll get the recipes and leftovers to take home to try out on the family!
