I develop and test recipes for cookbooks, magazine, food brands, other chefs and cookery writers, as well as for my own classes and workshops. I regularly develop recipes for Rude Health and work with chefs and food writers such as Anna Jones, Tom Hunt and Rosie Birkett as a recipe tester. Some examples of my development work are below.
