Fun, exciting, seasonal 3-week fermentation course designed to teach you everything you need to know about fermenting your own food!
Join me for a 3 week fermentation masterclass focused on using the best of Spring’s seasonal fruit and veg! From asparagus, wild garlic, hawthorn, gorse and nettles–the Spring is bursting with amazing ingredients to ferment.
You’ll learn the basics of lacto-fermentation and make 2 ferments each week. Course includes jars, ingredients, post-class support, tastings and foraging tips.
April 10th, 24th and May 8th 1-3 pm at The Store (52c High Street, Broadstairs)
Week 1 (10th): Intro to fermentation + sauerkraut and pickles
Week 2 (24th): Sauces and Jams
