As a chef, food writer, cookery teacher, nutrition professional and flavour obsessive, I can teach you how to create delicious, flavorful food using simple, health-focused ingredients that won’t take hours to make. I am here to help you to develop the skills to match and use ingredients versatilely and creatively so that you’ll never again stare into your fridge or cupboard and feel lost for what to cook.

In this 4-week course we’ll work with 8, what I like to call flow ingredients, health-focused whole foods that can be used in multiple ways from sweet to savoury. We’ll discuss nutritional highlights, flavour and cook recipes to showcase each ingredient. You’ll also learn my kitchen flow principles; the rules for shopping, prepping and cooking in a way that makes eating healthy effortless and enjoyable. We’ll also apply a few mindfulness techniques to help kitchen time feel less stressful, pressurised and chaotic.
