Join me for a look at how to use food to reduce inflammation and fill your family diet with immune boosting nutrients to help keep you well all year round. We’ll also take a look at pre and probiotic foods that support good gut health, which is integral to a robust immune system. We will cook and sample a few dishes and you’ll get to take home the recipes and leftovers to try out on the family!
