My recipes, lessons and cooking ethos are focused on using whole, unprocessed, seasonal and organic (as often as possible) ingredients with a view to optimise nutrition. I am passionate about putting more plants into and at the centre of everyday meals, making healthier meals accessible and a part of everyday family life.
